Lucy’s need for introspection is what led her to the Yoga mat and then to start Inner States. Born from a love of good design, everyday ritual and celebrating living your best life in a non-fuss kinda way.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi, or just going about your daily life we hope Inner States can help you find some tools to enhance your mind-body connection and practices to enrich your day to day.

Lucy has been practicing yoga for 15 years, eventually becoming a teacher. Her classes in Vinyasa, Yin, Breath and meditation will help you tap into a range of different states, help recalibrate your nervous system and allow you to land in your physical body. Expect an inclusive practice where play and intuition are encouraged to nourish and open your heart allowing Yoga to be a truely transformative practice.

With a passion for feel good movement, community and the ocean, you'll find Alana teaching Pilates and Boxing at her boutique studio on the mornington peninsula.

Regardless of your pilates or boxing experience, Lans will be there every step of the way, guiding you through class and making sure you leave feeling better than when you arrive.

She's your daily hype gal who certainly knows how to make a poppin' playlist.
